Whacked Out Wednesdays

This will be where I share some of the crazy ass shit that I find on the web. One place that I have found some really funny stuff is Cre8Buzz. I’m almost certain that it’s a requirement to have a good sense of humor when you join.
A while back my Matty suggested that memebers of Cre8Buzz come up with funny videos to get the word out about the Buzz. Within seconds my friend Birdie, (she’s a pal who totally took me surprise when she awarded me with my first ever blog award) had accepted the challenge and took my hubbies idea of doing a video featuring her favorite singer of all time (next to the king of course). We noticed weeks ago that her profile sayed that she knew all the words to the first verses of our favorite Johnny Cash song. So of course this was her challenge.
She had her video up and running the same day cuz she’s like such a supahstah. She did a lip sync video to the song ‘I’ve been everywhere’ by Johnny Cash, and she was really telling the truth. She knows. every. word. We never did get around to doing our video, errrr .....what I mean is our video is still in the production stage. ( Anyone have an idea for a video please contact me ASAFP )
Here’s a few more vids to waste a couple seconds of your work day....
Recently Territerri did a video called ‘Chubby’ and it is bloody hilarious!
Squiffy2 shared Darwin Dimwits.
MrLady shows her mad hair braiding skills..... Step away from the lotion wee girl!
P.S. Take a look at this redneck tank top that Birdie shared with us on Cre8Buzz.
Not quite my style, but maybe for some...
Saturday Songs #2

This week I want to share a Canadian Band with you called The Tragically Hip. I have loved these guys since I was a teenager when I "borrowed" my friends cassette tape. Matty and I have attended their concerts both indoor and out, and it never fails to be a great time. This song was pulled from Canadian radio playlists, a few years back, when Katrina hit New Orleans. As you can see, the singer Gord Downie really gets into his music, and he is well known for going off on an improvisational tangent, much to the delight of his loyal fans.
New Orleans is Sinking - The Tragically Hip
New Orleans is Sinking - The Tragically Hip

Guaranteed Mommy mood improver.
Poets- The Tragically Hip
This song always makes me cry.
It is one of my favorite songs altogether.
Fiddler's Green - The Tragically Hip
I just can't stop at 3 songs when it comes to the Hip.
Hope you liked the first 3, cuz here's 3 more!
Bobcaygeon - The Hip
This is the best video ever.
Watch it... ok?
My Music at Work - The Hip
Listen to the lyrics on this one. It's the story of a man wrongly
imprisoned for a crime he did not commit. Based on a true story,
as many Hip songs are.
Wheat Kings - The Hip
